Your wedding day is one that doesn't get a do-over. A wedding planner has been through hundreds of weddings. They know the best vendors, where all of the potential pitfalls are and how to avoid them, they know the fine details, and can give you new ideas you never knew you didn't know.

A micro-wedding is a wedding with a guest count of 50 or less. But since we're rewriting the rules, I consider a micro-wedding to be a wedding with anywhere from 11-50 guests. If you are inviting up to 10 guests (or none at all), we're calling that an elopement.

A non-traditional wedding is a wedding that is true to you in whatever way that means. If you're a goth baddie, wear a black veil. If you're introverts who hate dancing, have a bonfire and yard games. If you cannot wait to marry you're best friend, elope in just a couple weeks.
The point is, you can have a white wedding with 150 guests in a hotel ballroom and a 4 tier cake, but you don't NEED to if that's so not you. This is your once in lifetime moment. Make it yours, however that looks!

Absolutely I do! I have a freshly renewed passport and TSA Precheck. Whether a destination wedding with friends and family or a secret elopement on a beach in Scotland, traveling allows you go straight from ceremony to honeymoon.
